Delivery & Return
We aim to deliver within 40 minutes on our 24 hour delivery service. Our drivers will be ringing the bell before delivery and will wait to check that the person receiving the delivery looks over 21 years. They will put the delivery down at a safe distance and allow the person to collect it without coming close.
For wine packages we will normally dispatch within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Delivery time may be affected due to stock availability and road traffic, if our driver attempts to deliver at the delivery address as specified on the order and there is no reply the items will not be left elsewhere. Wine Packages These will be delivered nationally by our courier. There will be additional costs for any orders to the Highlands and Islands.
The prices payable for the product are clearly set out in the website.If, by mistake , we have under priced an item , we will not be liable to supply that item at the stated price , provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item concerned.
All prices are expressed inclusive VAT.
Minimum order is £35.00
If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular product we will notify you at soon as possible.
We will require proof of age upon delivery and if we are in any doubt we will refuse the delivery and will refund the order minus a £10 fee for attempted delivery and administration fees.
We will provide a replacement or refund to any products that are faulty, we must be notified with in 10 minutes after delivery and items needs to be collected and checked. Opened items will not be refunded.
Claims of breakage
Upon receipt of your order it should be checked and inspected to make sure is intact and full.
We will not accept any claims of breakage or shortages unless they are stated at the time of delivery
